Delivery & Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch & Fulfilment
We fulfil orders from three regional hubs—United Kingdom, European Union and United States—to keep transit times short and customs fees low. Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding UK public holidays).
- In-stock items: dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Stickers: printed on demand within 2–3 working days.
- Pins: produced on demand within 5 working days.
- During peak periods (e.g. Black Friday) dispatch may take an extra 1–2 working days.

3. Shipping Services & Costs
- Shipments are not currently tracked
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, service level and destination. Free-shipping thresholds (where available) are applied automatically.
- We cannot ship to PO boxes, freight forwarders, or military addresses outside the UK.
4. Discreet Packaging
Your privacy matters. All orders are packed in plain, unbranded outer packaging.
5. Sustainable, Partial Shipments
To reduce waste, selected accessories (stickers and enamel pins) are manufactured in small specialist runs after you place an order. When your basket contains both regular and on-demand items, they may ship separately—so don’t panic if part of your order arrives first. This approach saves an estimated 1.5 kg of CO2 emissions per 100 orders. Thank you for making eco-friendly choices!
6. Customs & Import Duties
Orders delivered outside your local customs union may incur import duties or taxes, payable by the recipient when the parcel reaches its destination. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Refusal to pay duties may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed; shipping fees are non-refundable in these cases.
7. Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the parcel, please first check with neighbours and your local delivery office.
- We consider a parcel lost if it has not arrived 20 business days (UK/EU) or 30 business days (international) after dispatch. We will then offer a replacement or refund.
- Claims for damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
8. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute parcels once dispatched and are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Delivery & Shipping Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Your continued use of our Site and services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
