Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At The Haus of Sin we aim to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition.
Because our products are produced in limited runs, all sales are final except
where an item arrives defective or damaged in transit.
This policy meets Google Merchant Center requirements by clearly stating:

  • When we accept returns (Section 2)
  • How to start a return & who pays shipping (Section 3)
  • How refunds are issued & timing (Section 4)
  • Contact details (Section 5)

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.

2. Eligibility for a Return

We only accept returns if all of the following are true:

  1. The item is defective, faulty, or damaged on arrival.
  2. You notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving the delivery.
  3. The security/tamper sticker and all original tags are still attached.

Change-of-mind, wrong-size, or unwanted items are not eligible for return or refund.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with:
    • Your order number
    • A clear photo of the defect/damage
    • Any outer-box damage (if applicable)
  2. Our team will review the evidence and, if approved, email you a pre-paid return label.
  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the label. Items sent without authorisation will be refused.

4. Refunds

  • Method & Timing: Once the return is received and inspected, a full refund (item price + original shipping) will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
  • Partial/Denied Refunds: If our inspection shows the item is not defective or the tamper sticker has been removed, we will notify you and return the item at your expense with no refund.
